By accessing or using the FX Choice trading platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and not located in a jurisdiction where our services are restricted. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. FX Choice is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain account security.
Our fee schedule is published on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for all taxes arising from your trading activities. Spreads are variable and will widen during periods of low liquidity.
Withdrawals are processed within 1-5 business days. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests. Deposits and withdrawals must be from accounts in your own name.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or business reasons. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FX Choice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including trading losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Disputes shall be resolved through DIFC Courts.
